I've just started training on the common with Ed Workouts and wanted to post about how good it is.
Edie mainly works at the Chelsea Harbour Club but has recently started HIIT style exercise groups on Wandsworth Common.
I train in a group of 3 to 5 with him and it is great fun. I'm used to working out in a gym or a pool so was a bit worried about the common in winter but I'm finding training outdoors invigorating. The programme that Edie has put together for us is intense and he keeps it interesting. I feel great during and straight after and the next day (and the one after) my body knows that it's had a good workout!
