Could anyone recommend a local person who could manage a rented property. Not really keen on using the big estate agents etc.

Hi, I use a small family run property manager called Tall Buildings who are in Balham and they are fantastic. Having been super frustrated with the big companies who charge loads but take ages to actually do anything, I found Tall Buildings charge a smaller fee and really look after my flat and the tenants are very happy with them too.

I can highly recommend Just Management. It is run by a small local team and the owner lives in the area. They manage 3 of my friends properties and they only ever sing their praises. I also know he is much cheaper than the big companies and you will get a very personable service.
