My husband and I are looking for a friendly and experienced part-time nanny (4 full days a week with the occasional additional half day) to love and care for our lively little boy when I return to work in January 2017.
The role will involve all aspects of care for our son, including attending week-day activities / play groups in and around Clapham / Wandsworth, occasional play-dates, preparing healthy meals for him and generally taking care of his laundry / play area / bedroom.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic and energetic, have at least 6 years' experience caring for young children (either as a nanny or as a nursery school teacher / assistant), be entitled to work in the UK, have completed a reputable Baby/Child First Aid course, hold a clear (in date) DBS (previously CRB) check, have excellent references and be a dog lover (we are planning to have a puppy join our family later in 2017....). While we are English speaking at home, we would ideally like to engage a nanny who will be able to speak fluent French exclusively to our son (happy to consider fluent Italian or Spanish speakers too) and encourage him to be bilingual.
We live in Abbeville Village, closest tube is Clapham South.
