IYENGAR YOGA- TO BE HEALTHY & HAPPY

Iyengar is a form of Yoga emphasising detail and precision in every pose. I’ve been practising Yoga for 15 years and I still remember how “right” my first Iyengar lesson felt.

As a certified Iyengar teacher, I’d be happy to share the method with you and be a part of your Yoga journey. My classes are suitable for virtually anyone, and will improve your strength, alignment, mobility and relaxation.

My classes take place at the beautiful new top studio at “Fresh Ground” on Battersea Rise:
Tuesdays 9:30 - 11:00 and Wednesdays 20:00 - 21:30
(I run a few classes from home as well)
