After Renovation Cleaning

Have anyone used a reliable cleaning company to do cleaning after renovation? We just finished our renovation and the builder used carpet protector on our tiled floor. Unfortunately this has left a lot of residual adhesive on our textured porcelain tile floor that seems to be impossible to remove apart from getting down on all four with a scrubber! :?
Desperately need some recommendation of a cleaning company that has the one of those floor scrubbing machine.
