Update from the hypnotic band!

First of all I have NEVER been hypnotised and never thought it possible (even in the middle of the "session" I thought I wasn't hypnotised!) but try as I might throughout the session I couldn't open my eyes!

She talked a lot about how you want to feel and imagining yourself slimmer and more toned etc and how you don't need to eat as much as you do. She spoke through the procedure of having a hypnotic band fitted as well.

When I came out of hypnosis my tum was a bit "odd" and felt smaller and when I went to eat strangely enough I was full after half of my normal portion!

I will let you know how it goes!!
