Hello,

We would need two cleaners for 4 hours for December 15th (or one cleaner for 8 hours) to do a deep clean in our house.

The house will be empty since we will have moved the day before. The objective is to leave a clean house to the new owners.

Cleaning of 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Cleaning walk-in wardrobe, and another big standing cupboard. Cleaning the fridge and cupboards in the kitchen. Hoovering throughout.

We will pay £15/hour and will provide the equipment. We are flexible on the hours if more time is needed and will pay accordingly.

Just to let you know. ..the amount you want to pay is less than half the going rate for what in the industry is called "end of tenancy ".I don't want to sound nasty but looks like you are skimping on the price. I presume that you made a nice profit from the sale of the house, don't underpay the cleaner for the sake of £150.If money is an issue you can always clean it yourself .
