We'll be looking to rent a 2/3 bed flat/house between mid April and end of July whilst doing some extensive house renovations. Planning to take some holidays during this time too so would be really interested to rent even just for a month or so, here and there if anyone is interested in covering their mortgage whilst away. Just my husband, 3-year old daughter and I. If space, we may bring our nanny but not at all essential that she lives in. Got our own trusted cleaner as well. We don't have any pets but are an animal loving family (husband is a vet) so any pets would be in safe hands too
Just thought I'd start to put some feelers out there...

We have a flat on Lavender Sweep that we are currently renting to friends who are reburbishing their house. It will be free from end March until August (after which we are planning to move in whilst we do out own refurb).
We are marketing the property with a couple of agents but could do a better rental price if we don't have to pay their finders fee – for photos of the flat, please see the link below:

The garden will need some tlc from us in the summer but the inside has literally just been completely refurbished.
