Hi,

Can anyone please recommend/share their experiences from nurseries for a one year old?

Somewhere in SW18 preferably close to Southside shopping centre? Any opinions re Wee Ones or Geraldine Road?

Hello,

I'd strongly recommend Bright Horizons Wandsworth where both our daughters attended since they were 6 months old. The staff are incredibly warm and loving and forged lovely bonds with them. The manager Ditta is really helpful, accommodating and capable. The premises are spacious and there are excellent outdoor areas.
We live on Geraldine road and looked at the one at the end of our street but were slightly put off by the pens they kept the children in at that time (it may have changed by now).
I'd definitely have a look at BH Wandsworth, it now has an excellent ofsted rating, feel free to call if you have any questions. cheers, Guy 07810 753 815

We have been really happy with Wee Ones. I know other parents who are also very settled at Eveline, so you probably can't go wrong with either. Although you are probably not thinking too far ahead, the provision of Montessori teaching at Wee Ones really adds value in the upper classes.

Take a look around and pick the one that suits you best.

Sorry, I meant to add that I think Eveline and Wee Ones are well regarded and rated, as are Jenniflowers and there's another one on Westover road. Hope you find one you're happy with
