My son has been at this nursery for a year and I wanted to recommend it to all NappyValleyNetters.
He started at Little Learners last September . One of the main reasons I sent him was to develop his social skills. At that point he was pushing or pulling the hair of any other toddler who came near him which meant that playground trips were really stressful and playdates were impossible. He is now a confident, articulate extremely social little boy who absolutely loves playing with other children. Michelle and her team were absolutely brilliant with him - supervising him closely and also giving him 1:1 time when necessary.
It has such a wonderful nurturing atmosphere and as it is quite small it is not too intimidating. It has a lovely little outdoor area and the children are able to gain the first steps towards independence in a safe and caring environment.
My son (and me) will really, really miss Michelle and her team next year.

. He has grown in confidence, developed good interpersonal skills and has made new friends. He loves going to nursery and runs through the door eager to get playing. This has all been made possible by the Little Learners staff they are individually dedicated to the children at the nursery and collectively provide a brilliantly run nursery. The structure and the daily routines really helps the children to settle into the nursery life quickly and enjoy their time there. Michelle the manager and every member of staff are wonderfully nurturing and caring towards each child. My boy and I are so happy with Little Learners I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and the 'Outstanding" OFSTED report was much deserved. My boy attends Little Learners in Clapham however I am sure that with Michelle at the helm Little Learners Nursery in Balham is just as fantastic and I hear it has a great outdoor space!
