Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Classes - Northcote Road!

Postby Northcote Baby » Thu Mar 02, 2017 2:42 pm

Hello all!

My name is Sandra Pearce and I am the owner of Northcote Baby. I teach baby massage classes (which incorporate winding techniques, soothing and settling tips, and a little yoga) and also some lovely Baby Yoga classes which are a fun and dynamic way for you to also bond with your baby. Both of my classes are held on the Northcote Road and I have availability for my next baby massage course in March and Baby Yoga which is starting in April.

If you wish to join us or want to find out more, please check out my website www.northcotebaby.com

Sandra I just want to say that I found your massage class we did with you before Christmas so much fun and I only wish it was a continual course! I am so glad that I took the class when Isabella was so young as all the winding/colic tips came in so useful in the early days at 3 in the morning! Plus it was just so lovely to have some expert advice in the first couple of weeks . I really wish I could sign up to your yoga class but Mondays are no good for me unfortunately... however I hope to see you again soon...X

Totally agree, Sandra's massage classes are fantastic. There were many late nights when Lily was small when I employed every winding and settling technique you had showed us. It gave me so much confidence. I really recommend this class to any mum, it has been the best class ive done over the last 5 months as the massage techniques are used nearly every day and were great to calm her on a plane recently.

Now we're doing yoga which is a fun class for both of us. Not too many mums and babies and so relaxed so it doesnt matter if you need to feed, your baby has a melt down or falls asleep...

Sandra herself is so lovely and will give you so much confidence in your parenting skills. She came with glowing reviews from people i met when I booked her class and i was not disappointed.

Sandra has a warm nurturing approach. She is super friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend her classes to all local parents. :)
