Hello,

My name is Simona Besliu, I am 32 years old, from a family of 6 and mother of one child. I have been living and working in the UK for more than 6 years.

At the moment I am working three days a week (Wednesday to Friday) and looking for a part time position.

I am kind, loving and patient. I consider children to be a great source of energy and joy. I am hardworking and I am always looking for opportunities to evaluate myself and continually improve. I am organised, self-disciplined and responsible.

I am a trust worthy, reliable, and honest. I am happy to follow direction but also able to work independently and use my initiative and previous experiences to perform my role in at high standards.
I love taking the children out to the park, going for a walk, to the farms, museums, playgroups, and other outdoor games and also indoor activities such as: making puzzles, playing with play dough/clay, reading books, singing, craft/ art (friendship bracelets, painting, making cards) and help the kids with their school projects.

I am a confident cook. I enjoy cooking healthy, nutritious and interesting meals and willing to learn your child's favorite :),
I love involving children in different activities/house chores, using these opportunities to help develop different areas of learning such as team work, responsibilities, improving their motor skills, creativity, help them discover and explore.
I think it is important to draw clear lines of acceptable behavior for children and to apply these consistently to help encourage self-discipline. I realise the importance of routine and implementing one where there is needed. I work hard to maintain a healthy balance of friendship and respect.

As every child is different/unique so are the child's individual needs and for this reason I am always trying to learn more about them, to observe them, to be creative, patience and wise.
I am Ofsted registered, CRB checked and first aid trained. I have also completed a MBA nanny training course. I have experience of working with children of all different ages so I am optimistic and confident in meeting your children's needs.
