How much do you pay your au pair?

We are considering getting an au pair in the Summer and would expect them to work 25-30 hours per week with a night babysitting a week. How much should we be looking to pay them? Also, can anyone also tell me roughly how much your household bills roughly increase by when having a live in au pair?

Also, if anyone knows of any great au pair looking for a new job from May/June then please do let me know.
