Reliable 21 year old man seeking part time work

I am starting work at a top London prep school as a teaching assistant in September but I need to fill the hours before then. I am hard working, reliable, trustworthy, personable and happy to do almost anything. If you need your garden digging, housesitting, babysitting, dog walking, errands run or anything else I'm your man. I am based just off the Northcote Road so please do get in contact if I can help.

Hi, I saw your ad and have 3 houses which are let out and the gardens need to be cut back, weeded and cleared. They are all local to Northcote Road so would be easy for you to get to. Do let me know if you would be interested in taking this on and what you charge per hour. Many thanks, Caroline

Hi Caroline,
Thank you for getting in touch. I would be very keen to get involved. I have some experience in gardening; mostly for my parents in the countryside, but I think more importantly I'm a persistent pair of hands who isn't afraid to get my hands dirty. I am currently working locally as a part time nanny, this is a 3 afternoons a week job starting at 3.30. Depending on how much you would need me I am for this reason flexible time wise.

I don't know what you think is best, but maybe we could meet for a coffee to discuss? I am unsure how much per hour in total honesty but I currently make £10p/hr with my other part time job.

Hi Milo, thanks for your reply. I think we could definitely work something out around the hours/days you have other commitments. I can take you to the 3 houses and show you what needs to be done. As they are rentals, the gardens are pretty basic and mostly paved (no lawnmower required) with a few borders which are just full of weeds. There are climbing plants which have started to grow and now need cutting back. If you could give me a call tomorrow after 2.00 pm, we could arrange to meet up and visit each house. Wandsworth Council do take away garden refuse so the bags can be put outside for collection. My mobile no is 07432595784 so give me a call tomorrow and we can discuss.
