Recommend a builder to open up chimney breast and install oven and hob?

Hi,
My property is a converted Victorian terrace flat in SW11, and I am looking to reconfigure my kitchen. I'd like to open up the existing chimney breast and install the oven and hob there to make better use of the space. Has anyone done this successfully? Was it straight forward? Can you recommend a builder? Thanks!
