Winter/Ski holiday with kids recommendation please Post Reply

Hi. Can you recommend a place to go for ski with family? We would like to take our kids 4 and 6 for winter holidays. Somewhere were we can get without renting a car, where is always snow and kids attractions.
I thought about a hotel with swimming pool indoor and close to the ski slopes.
If you know any place please share.

Are your kids beginners? And you?

I can recommend Bansko in Bulgaria, excellent resort for beginners/intermediate skiers, with great-value ski passes and lessons, and very affordable hotels and restaurants.

Getting there is easy, three hours to Sofia and a 90 minute transfer. There's loads to do after skiing as well.

(It's not that great for experienced skiers, who will run out of runs after a few days, and it can get busy in the afternoons, but that makes it ideal for a combination of morning skiing/afternoon something else.)
