Recommendation for jeweller to re-set ring? Post Reply

I'd like to have the stones from a ring re-set in an entirely new band. Can anyone recommend a reliable local jeweller in Clapham/Balham/Wandsworth etc.? Thanks!

We have used david valle for all our jewellery. He is based in hatton garden but not in a big shop so lower overheads. we've always been more than happy with his work:

Try W&W on the corner of Webbs Road and Mallinson Rd. Lovely family-run jewelers. They have made rings for me and wedding rings for many friends.

It's a quirky style but check out www.ruthtomlinson.com/ though not local. I'm about to get the stones from an inherited ring re-designed in a setting I like (as compared with the 80's style setting it is currently in!

Another vote for W&W in Webbs Road. We only used them because of recommendations on nvn and were thoroughly impressed with both the jewellery and friendly service.
