Inappropriate individual near our schools

Good morning everyone,

This message has been sent to all parents of a school close to Tooting Common.

Needless to say, please could everyone take a little extra care.

There used to be a fellow who would cycle up and down Northcote Road and Clapham High Street, dressed as a lady in a very short skirt showing off his bits and pieces to the ladies having coffee. I wonder if it was the same person. I remember seeing posts on here years ago about him/her and people saying that he was just harmless. I only wondered if it was the same person because of the mention of the bicycle.

probably not linked. And just to be clear there was no judgement AT ALL directed towards this person. It was mention of the bike that also prompted me.

let's hope it is nothing sinister, but if it is that they are found asap.

Yes it is a tenuous link. There could be multiple people cycling around South West London with their bits and pieces out. The reason I posted, was that if had been the Claphamtranny (thanks for the link - that is exactly who I was referring to), then it would be a relief to know it was just her. I wasn't accusing her of doing anything.
