Short-Let 3 bed maisonette with garden

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A SHORT-TERM PLACE TO STAY?
Are you about to embark on home renovations and don't want to live in the mess? Or perhaps you have family/friends coming to stay for an extended visit who need a place to stay? We have a 3 bedroom flat with a lovely large garden in the heart of Clapham Junction available to rent from 24th September. It is fully furnished incl. bed linen, towels etc. It is currently being marketed by local agents for £715 per week but we are willing to go down to £600 per week if we arrange directly. Currently vacant until Christmas. We have proper legal documentation already drawn up for everyone's peace of mind. The flat has been recently completely refurbished.
