We are having some work done on our kitchen and we need a carpenter to fit some splashback and design some shelving units. Can anyone recommend a really great carpenter to us? We are hoping to complete the works before Christmas.

I second James Thompson for excellent work, he's recently completed a kitchen and utility room for us (and a bathroom last year!). He helped with the design and problem solved along the way to finish with a lovely kitchen.

I would also highly recommend James, he is just brilliant. James has just completed an amazing renovation of my Victorian Balham flat with its 20 year old kitchen and bathrooms.
