Needed ASAP After school nanny 2-3 days a week, between the commons

Hello,
We are a lovely family living in between the commons looking for an after school nanny for 2-3 days a week from 3.30pm to 7pm to take care of our 3-year-old daughter and 6-month-old son, to start ASAP. The tasks include school pick-up, taking to activities, feeding dinner, bathing and tidying up their toys.
