I am looking for a confident, friendly and articulate person to provide support for my busy training and coaching consultancy.
When not with clients, I work from an office at home and need varied and general admin support. In the first instance, this would be for half a day per week, but may vary according to demand. Will pay up to £20 per hour dependent on experience.
General Duties may include:
Printing and collating materials
Updating business expense spreadsheet
Accounting and Invoicing support
Diary management
Liaising with clients and team
Researching interesting links and articles for website
Key Skills sought:
Great communication skills (both written and face-to-face)
Aesthetically aware
Efficient and well organized
Degree or equivalent
Tech savvy – Familiarity with Dropbox and Excel essential. Experience of Gsuite, Vimeo, website editing and basic graphic design would be a bonus.
Ideally, I am looking for an experienced local person, perhaps a parent looking for flexible work between school hours.
If you might be interested, it would be great to meet for a coffee locally to see if things might work both ways.
