After School Nanny 'Plus' available

After school nanny 'plus' available to start asap 12-7pm mon-fri ideally (can do earlier starts in hols if children not in clubs) Clapham Junction area
School & club pick ups plus light housekeeping / cooking / shopping / errands / PA for you and your family. I love older children and organising :D love to hear from you
