First trip to Ibiza

Hi - We're heading to Ibiza for the first time, staying in a villa for a week in southwest of the island with friends, and looking for recommendations for somewhere (villa, hotel, general area) to stay for a 2nd week. Mid august , 2 adults and 2 teens. Any ideas gratefully received.

Hi lorrwa,

I went to Ibiza for the first time last week. We stayed near Santa Eulalia (Eulària) - it's a really nice town and from what I gather (we were only there for a few days) this is the slightly calmer side of the island! The town itself has got a really nice feeling to it - authentic, attractive and laid-back (although of course, we were out of season so I suppose this might be entirely different in the summer).

Hi Sophie, we have a 4 bed house which we rent , in the SW part of the island in Cala carbo. It’s a beautiful part of the island and perfect for families. Loads to do and fantastic beaches. We would recommend a car to make the most of the area. You can walk to the beach if you want to. We use air b&b to rent it if you are interested. https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/20122330
