Eczema protection

Hi Can anyone recommend a cream or some kind of " protective coating" (assuming one exists ) for eczema so that when you go in the sea it doesnt sting or aggravate it .

The people who run a floatation tanks business (v salty!) recommend putting Vaseline over cuts and grazes.
