Hi 

Our au pairs boyfriend has moved to London and is looking for a room to rent. He has a budget of about £400pm, maybe more when he finds his feet. His English is good and he is busy looking for a job. While he has been staying with us he has been very tidy and polite, and has painted a couple of the kids bedrooms and cleared the garden - so he is handy around the house if needed!

Hi, we have a room to rent in Wandsworth, not sure where you are, but we are near Southside.
The room is on market for £525, but if he can commit to a year, I'd be happy to let him have it for £500. See link below:
