Hello,
I might be of help. I am a qualified Transformational Life Coach and I have been working with working parents (mainly women) on different questions, whether is to manage their work life balance, a new role within their organisation or those who want to change their career and wonder what would be the next steps for them. I haven't really chosen to focus on women, it has just happened as I'm also a mum who has worked in corporate environments for more than 20 years.
Feel free to reach out so we can talk about what you are after specifically and we will see if there's some mutual interest.
All the best,
Nathalie

Hi,

I am an executive coach working with experienced professionals to develop their careers and find their balance. I thrive to help my clients achieve their full potential at work and in life more generally.

Previously a City lawyer, I have a good understanding of the corporate life - its opportunities but also its challenges.

I have experience in addressing topics such as career change, leadership skills, work-life balance, returning to work, novelty at work, entrepreneurship, stress, management, performance, corporate communication, public speaking, presentation skills.

I'd be happy to speak to understand what you are looking for, and what the work set up could look like?
Please feel free to email: barbaradewastcoaching@gmail.com, or call 07879 776262.

More about me herewww.barbaradewast.com

I hope I can help!

Hi SunnyDay

This is self-promotion rather than a recommendation I'm afraid!  But I'd be very happy to have a conversation with you about what you're looking for if you think it might be of help.  I offer both executive coaching to individuals within companies at a variety of levels around career progression, personal impact, confidence and assertiveness among other things.  I also work with individuals on a private basis who are looking to change career or manage their career.

My background is in recruitment and talent management and I have two small children so understand the challenges for working parents.  My web site is www.thetalentcompany.co.uk.  Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to have a chat.
