It can help you in so many ways and I'd love to support you and help you on your pregnancy journey. Our classes are more than just an exercise class. They are based on Pilates principles but we explore a lot more than that and make sure that we prepare you physically and mentally for birth as much as we can. Our Postnatal Pilates and MamaFit classes can really help you post birth too. Its all been designed to work in with your new life as a Mum and theres lots of other mums to talk too as well as myself and my colleagues who are all very experienced in this field.
