Botox/fillers recommendations?

Postby Luckylorca » Mon Feb 18, 2019 6:24 pm

Hello All!

I’m looking for genuine, personal recommendations for good, reliable botox and fillers clinics - ideally in the Wandsworth/Battersea area, though I’m happy to go further afield. If you could tell me who exactly you saw in the clinic you’re recommending that would be really helpful. :D

(NB: I’m not interested in businesses trying to promote themselves, thanks, just genuine customers who have had successful procedures, please.)

Thanks very much!

Cannot recommend Dr Don Othoro highly enough. He practices in central London and also at a new clinic in Raynes Park - new life aesthetics.
I had 3 areas of Botox with amazing results while still feeling natural. He took on board my concerns (not looking frozen) and the look I wanted to achieve. No bruising no discomfort and I’ll be going back in a few months.

A friend who also saw him had previously had Botox with another dr on Harley st and said the results and experience with Dr Don where far better.

Dr Eldimarys Curry-Machado (SW11 Medical on Lavender Hill)

07910 451461
info@ecmaesthetic.co.uk

I had botox and lip filler, she’s a perfectionist and has very, very high standards. She takes cares in getting the result you want and doesn’t do crazy unnatural look!

I suffer with cold sores and she is the only person who managed to do my lips without a cold sore flare up.

Go for free consultations and then follow your gut.

I had a consultation with aesthetic doctors who work out of Feel Fab Beauty, off Northcote Rd, they seemed extremely knowledgeable and if I could afford to try them I would but their work is outside of my budget.

There’s also Dr Pippa in the new Skin + Laser London, on St John’s Rd in Clapham Junction, I will try her for Botox next as it’s very affordable... I have not had her treat me yet but I have had several other skin treatments in S+L and I can’t rate them highly enough, top range treatments at very reasonable prices (that’s their business ethos)

I would strongly discourage Glass House, I find their treatments results are over the top frozen and fillers are too fake looking. Also the Consultation with the owner, Alison, was very cold and dismissive plus, although I’m not one to judge a book by its cover, I find her face expression-less and I can see exactly where she has fillers and Botox which I find personally unattractive and she did not give me confidence that she cared about what I wanted to achieve... plus other people I know who have had her inject them with Botox and fillers were not impressed themselves and I also thought they actually looked worse before than after they went to Glass House (opposite Coop on Northcote Rd)

Hope this helps, good luck

I had been considering for many months what if any facial treatments might be best for freshening up my (dare I say slightly older!) face. I have regular facial massages with some success but had noticed over the past year that I was looking a bit tired. I had read many posts on from others recommending Dr Fiona McCarthy http://drfionamccarthy.com/ In September I finally plucked up courage to book a consultation
and follow up treatments with Fiona (these were surprisingly for me fillers which I admit I had always had horrors about before now). I admit I was very nervous and the treatments were a bit uncomfortable at times but I needn't have worried. I felt comfortable with Dr McCarthy from the outset. As a medically trained doctor, she is very knowledgeable and I trusted her completely with the procedures. I've had two appointments so far and am delighted with the results. One more to go and then some skincare treatments - very subtle changes which is what I wanted but they have given the kind of lift I was hoping for. A big thank you.

I also go to Dr Eldymarys and highly rate her. You can just call SW11 Medical directly and make an appointment. She works late every other Tuesday if an evening appointment is desired. I had botox and fillers with her (lip and a bit of cheek and nasal lines), and I am totally after a natural look and was very pleased. She does a little (as in errs on the side of caution) and tops up during a follow up appointment so you don't look "done". I also find SW11 Medical prices very competitive.

Hi.

I wanted to recommend Angela Tewari for Botox, she is now doing Botox and Profhilo from her home in Earlsfield.
My friend said it had taken ten years off me- so very pleased with the result!
She’s a Consultant Dermatologist - at Harley stree and the Lister- a specialist in skin and cosmetics.

Hi! I suggest you visit The Skin Center. I had a great procedure there, and my Botox looks great. The procedure hasn't messed with my mimics, which was my main fear, so now I think of becoming their permanent client. I also use Argireline peptide for my skincare routine, and my face started looking ten years younger because of Botox and such routine. I hope my feedback helps you.
