This role is responsible for assisting the Sales Director and Senior Sales Manager with sales and administration support across 2 market segments – Corporate and MICE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and preparation of sales trips including appointment making, compiling schedules, arranging transportation and accommodation
- Proactive research of new corporate companies on a weekly basis who have potential for the GP Associates Collection and to secure meetings for the Corporate Sales Director
- Assist with generic appointment making for the Corporate Director and Senior Sales Manager
- Coordinate with the Corporate Director and Senior Sales Manager to ensure all new and existing enquiries processed in a timely manner to ensure maximum conversion to the hotels
- Development of Marketing across all market segments ensuring the company website is always up to date, creation and distribution of mailings (announcements and offers), iPads and newsletters
- Assistance with preparations of cluster Hotelier sales trips
- Month end sales reporting
- Co-hosting events and client meetings on a bi-weekly basis
- Assisting with the organisation of familiarisation trips to the hotels including creating invitations, booking flights, creating itineraries and sending confirmations
- Database management and system standards
- Opportunity to plan and attend our Annual Showcase in London
- General administration support to Managing Director

- At least one years’ experience in a similar role within five-star luxury environment
- Must have work authorization for the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
