We have just had our house rennovated and would like to recommend to you all a really good local builder. He helped rennovate our house between the commons, advise on council regulations, how to increase the profitability or not of adding extensions / basements. He and his team were really easy to work with, with punctual starts each morning, and finishing on schedule. The work is also guaranteed for 6 months post rennovation. He would also meet me in mumerous cafes along the Northcote Rd with my baby in arms talking through the next steps of the project - he didn't even mind popping over in the evening to relay all to my husband again !
