Please do share if you know a great company that is not listed there.

It’s very difficult to find genuine reviews on google. I found few here already regarding Estbury and Qualitas but that’s about it.

I just posted on another thread about a rear extension we had done to my property in Fulham. I was recommended this company by my friend who had a basement conversion done by Greenlife Contractors. The work on her property and mine is great and they were really skilled !
I know they do a free site visit and quotation so give them a call

I think clapham constuction service could be more or less build london. Be great if you could let me know

We used Advantage Basements a few years ago, as did a couple of our neighbours. They are really nice people to deal with and use high quality workmen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used coolmore construction (www.coolmoreconstruction.com)as builders for our basement and decimus design (www.decimusdesign.co.uk) as designers and project managers. Very happy to reccomend both.

I know Qualitas and have used them in the past - excellent work and throughly reliable. Work stood up to the test of time and all snagging problems etc dealt with efficiently

Heya! we actually used APT Renovation Ltd and they were absolutely amazing with their work. As far as I can see they also do basements and can see they got good reviews all round! worth looking at.
