HI all, I hope I'm not repeating what someone else have said. But here we go. I'm looking to modernize my flat and at the same time build a loft space. I know it will be a nightmare as we most likely will need to rent somewhere else for longer. Do you advice going with design and build loft conversion companies to do all the works? Basically looking for one stop shop from submitting the plans for planning permission right up to 10 years guarantee for the loft conversion.  There are a couple I saw online but under if any of you worked with them. Nuspace, Smalofts, Central London Lofts and Simply Lofts.
