Have you tried Lavender Framers on Barmouth Road, over in Wandsworth? I haven't personally used them, but have heard good things...

If you want to make a trip to Tooting Broadway, there is a guy there who is cheap - we had a canvas photo stretched by him that would have cost £20 more in Balham at the framers there. He's here:

Lavender Framers in Barmouth Road Wandsworth are very good. The people are lovely and extremely helpful.

We use an excellent picture framer called Jeremy, who lives in Battersea - very near Battersea Rise (I don't want to give out his address on the internet). His number is 0207 223 4108. He works from home, and is currently having some work done to his house, so is not fully operational, but it's worth giving him a call - and worth waiting (if you can) until he's up and running again. He does a really good job, is very good at recommending different frames and mounts, (but not at all pushy) and is incredibly reasonably priced - far far cheaper than any of the other framers we found locally. Susie Watson on Northcote Road use him and recommended him to us.
