Hi - any recommendations please for local solicitors/advisers to advise on and deal with getting a tenant out of property.

My friend is overseas landlord, he has rented out his house to same tenant for years, and is returning to UK next month.  Tenancy formally and properly terminated with 2 months notice, inventory booked in, cleaners, maintenance, removals etc all set up. 

My friend has very real concern that tenant will simply not move out on the set date as tenant says they have not found suitable place yet to move to.
