WiFi review with Breezetech

I saw this nvn offer drop into my inbox and quickly signed up. I was offered a choice of appointments, and took one for this morning. The engineer turned up at 8:30 as arranged, and promptly reviewed my wireless set-up. He checked my upload and download speeds, and quickly identified an issue with my WiFi repeater doing exactly what it wasn’t meant to be doing, and actually reducing my signal strength.

He gave me some further advice about products I could buy to improve the wireless coverage in my house, and we had a chat about the best providers.

All in all, an excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Thanks Nappy Valley for organising this great offer. BreezeTech were really great - so thorough, calm, not selling anything, and incredibly good at explaining why we were having wifi issues. Our wifi speed and cover throughout the house instantly improved with his changes. He re-set the router back to factory settings - I would never had the guts to do that.  And then he identified where we were getting good and poor speed throughout the house. The solutions were so easy to implement. In fact we needed to remove one wifi booster as it was 'distracting' our main router, so we didn't even need anything new. We also had a major 'glitch' between the kitchen and sitting room where internet calls would drop as you walked through - with the engineer's advice that was sorted instantly. Simple solutions such as not having a booster plugged into an extension lead but directly into the wall were just a joy to hear!
These people are really good at what they're doing. Would recommend them without hesitation (in fact I'm now plucking up the courage to buy a new computer because I know who to call to manage the migration from the old one!)

Hi this was a great offer - thanks for arranging. Arranging the appointment was very easy and I received texts on the day reconfirming the time.

The engineer was very courteous and really took time to help improve our WiFi coverage around the house. We have a problem with drop off towards the back of the house. I was shown cost effective options and received a detailed email on how to purchase and install. I was never put under pressure to purchase or felt like I had to buy the most expensive options.

I really appreciated this service - it's something I've felt we needed to do but didn't know where to start.

This was a very helpful offer. We’ve had problems with our WiFi coverage and speed, and additional problems of it dropping out.

The engineer was very polite and thorough and went above and beyond in terms of advice. The communication and follow up recommendations were clear and easy to understand. There was no sales pressure and I felt he really knew a vast amount about all things ‘tech’. The recommendations were very helpful and included things we would not have known about.

Highly recommended.

I also jumped at this offer as we have terrible wifi and often cuts out completely.
Samir the engineer was very easy to arrange an appointment with, kept me posted on arrival time, and was quick and thorough in his review of the house.
He identified that we are indeed in a wifi blackspot with poor provision from all suppliers, so we couldn't get much improvement (for which he seemed genuinely disappointed).
However he made some tweaks to our booster, reviewed all the options for us and additional equipment or alternative 4G mobile service contracts, which I hadn't thought of. The summary email was brilliant as you can never remember everything someone has said.
Our wifi speeds have definitely improved, and now we understand why they aren't ever brilliant- sometimes it helps just to have the information and an overview, even if your issues aren't magically solved in first appointment, so it was still well worth it and I recommend the service.
