Au pair ‘pocket money’

We are about to hire an au pair for the first time and would love some insights in to the going rate in SW11?

We aren’t too sure what we should pay per week and also if we should include any extras such as an oyster or bus pass, gym membership or language school fees.

I would be grateful for any advice from someone who has had an au pair!
