Hi there.

If like me you are new to nannying in the wandsworth area and would like to meet a few friendly faces as you dont yet know anybody please get in touch on here . Or if you're looking to broaden you're circle of friends, contacts get in touch too.

I am have just moved to Balham from surrey to look after one child of 6 mths having previously looked after twins and a 3 year old so bit of a change lol!!. I would love to meet other nannies in the area or mums in the area to have playdates & familier faces for G at playgroup and for myself to meet some other nannies, mums in the area.

Im sure il meet people at groups but its nice to make a contact or 2/3 before so you're not too out of the loop when attending some classes etc.

If any of you need to update your First Aid qualifications, I offer an intensive one day Paediatric First Aid course fulfilling Ofsted criteria in Balham on weekdays and Westminster at weekends, I run them in small groups and it is another great way to meet other local Nannies and Childminders whilst gaining an invaluable qualification.

Great ok . Well little one i look after has bee a bit groggy but should hopefully be fine by monday but thinking pm monday around 3.30??

I will text nannybex and ggina as to if they had a place in mind but do you guys live near wandworth common??

Im balham park round but was thinking maybe the common itself?? or coffe shop?? crupet gets v busy tho but im open to suggestion

Great ok. 3.30 at the duck pond on the common. We usually go the path side where you walk in from bellevue and go across the grass.

Fab, I will prob drive as we will be coming from Clapham South and I am not madly in love with pushing them both up the hill on the way home, so will meet you at the pond (or elsewhere if raining). Will try to bring some bread, we often have lots of ends and leftovers! See you then!
