We have permission to build a loft conversion under permitted development but are desperate to change it to a full loft conversion - we are however in Lambeth and it seems the council doesn’t particularly like them- A nearby end of terrace neighbour tried and they were rejected.
We are a semi (near Hyde farm)/around Agnes Riley gardens and wondering if any semis or end of terraces been successful with getting permission for a full loft? It feels like it’s a lot of money to do a conversion and I would hate not to try to get more space...
