A support team who turn around your requests by email within a business day and give you a yearly review phone call of your accounting practices. Also their online system is better/very similar to freeagent and if you're happy entering everything there leads to a very hassle free business life. You need to thoroughly research every company that might be a good candidate cause it's an important matter that you don't want to be scammed with. I speak from personal experience cause when I started out my company I thought that any accounting company does the same thing and that I don't need to think it over that much. big mistake, I was scammed pretty badly and had to give a lot of declarations and forms, and oh god. It was my fault too cause I didn't check up on them when I needed, but try not to fall for anything like I did.
