Posture analysis

Postby NVN1001 » Tue Mar 16, 2021 9:56 am

Does anyone have a personal recommendation for someone who comes to your home and reviews your desk set up and posture and recommends a desk chair suitable to you/your size/your desk set up etc.?

I think my current desk chair is giving me backache and I would like to buy a replacement but would appreciate some help in finding the right one for me.

Yes! Years ago I had an ergonomist to my home to check out my whole office set-up. He gave me a wrist pad for the mouse, another for the keyboard, a triangular seat pad for my chair which helps you sit properly and re-set the height of my computer to my eye line. Like magic the RSI I was suffering gradually went. The products I bought were from a company called TRUBACK but I don’t know if they’re still around. An ergonomist is who you need. Good Luck.

My osteopath Lucy MacDonald gave me some great advice regarding my desk and sitting position. http://www.octopusclinic.com/team/lucy-macdonald/

Give her a message and she can help you out lucy@octopusclinic.com.

Good luck x
