Hi all,
We are due to complete on a house near Wandsworth Common and are very excited to be joining the neighbourhood!
Before moving in, we want to spruce up the house a bit and would like to fix up the walls (filling in cracks, skimming where needed, but we will paint ourselves), as well as expose original wooden floors (currently covered up with carpet so we don't know the extent of the required work yet!). Do you have any people / companies you have used for this in the past you would recommend?

I would suggest CleanLetts for the plastering & skimming, they're an excellent handyman service who I have used many times. Their number is 020 87642669.

As it happens, I also know an excellent local firm who can help with your wooden floor as well, they are H.S. Wood Flooring. You can reach them on 020 37938915.

We’ve just used AAFlooring to sand our floors and would recommend them. They’re based in somewhere like Cheam but do projects in London.
