Hi neighbours! We are most likely getting our loft plans rejected by the council and are considering an appeal- has anyone been successful in such an appeal and have you used anyone who you would recommend? Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

I just dropped in to this site via a link to look at something else and noticed your post. I had a successful outcome with a planning appeal for a new house in Deepdene Road which is now constructed. It wasn't the easiest process to go through and we had to be thorough in our submission, but it was helped to a great extent by various flaws and inaccuracies in the planning report & consultee responses (i.e. subjective opinions where it should be objective).

I'm not local to you (Scotland) but happy to share my experience if it helps in any way.
