Obviously you need to ensure that the walk in centre is administering the correct vaccine (same as your first dose). I think that Queen Mary's in Roehampton usually offers both the AZ and Pfizer vaccines at the same clinic.
In terms of the dosage gap, there is good clinical evidence that a minimum of an 8 week gap gives a much higher level of immunity so the NHS are not encouraging people to reduce the gap for the second dose below 8 weeks. If there is a very good reason however, the healthcare professional in charge of the clinic on the day can agree this if necessary. The absolute minimum gap for Pfizer is 3 weeks and 4 weeks for Astra Zeneca.
