Hello everyone!

I would like I to do a private health check (just turned 40...) including mammographs, blood test (incl cholesterol & diabetes) etc. Unfortunately my work does not cover this as part of the health insurance. Any recommendations?

Hi, I have a Vitality life insurance policy, and recently had a discounted check-up with Bluecrest which only cost £90. They did check my cholesterol levels and several other blood tests plus a 48 page report.

You may be able to get some of this through the NHS if you are over 50.

Otherwise, there are lots of private GPs at the Lister Hospitals outpatient centre in Sloane Square
We went to thrivemedical.co.uk and found it incredibly thorough and helpful.
