Personal Trainer for Unfit, Mid 40s Mum

Postby CarrieP » Fri Aug 20, 2021 2:20 pm

Hi - I've decided to commit to personal training to try and get into shape. I'm mid 40s, moderately overweight and very unfit. My cardio fitness is shocking - I get out of breath walking up the stairs and can't contemplate running.

I need someone to guide me on my fitness journey in a gentle and encouraging manner (if possible!).

I'd be so grateful for any recommendations. I'm in the Putney/Barnes area.

Thank you very much

I’ve had great results with Simon Butchard from Urban Athletes. He’s a great guy too.

Hi Carrie, I'm a Pilates Teacher/Personal Trainer based in Battersea. I have been teaching clents in their own homes for over 15 years in the Southwest London area who are of varying ages and ability. I also offer nutritional advice for weight management. Each of my clients is an individual so the sessions are designed to encourage and help them enjoy their fitness journey and achieve results they are happy with. You can check out my website www.bodyssey.co uk. Thankyou, Donna.
