Some of you may have noticed that we closed our Balham travel store at the start of the pandemic,.
Over that time, our team have been working tirelessly, firstly to have brought our client home, then either refunding clients, or rebooking their holidays. At all times being available to speak to clients and advise them , sympathise with them and in some circumstances cry with them,
We believe our individual service stood out from the crowd and clearly showed the benefits of booking with a caring independent award winning travel agent
Certainly I am sure we would all agree that our working lives changed and all our working practices had to be reviewed,
At the start of the pandemic, we immediately moved to home working, transferring phone lines and internet. As the pandemic went one, we introduced new ways to keep in contact, including FaceTime and zoom consultations.
After consulting our clients we have decided not to reopen the Balham store but have listened to what you want from your independent travel agent.
The majority of the team are still based in SW / SE London, and are more than willing to assist with your amazing holiday enquires, offering you the same levels of our award winning individual service, we will still be able to offer our great deals, ATOL Protection and a range of other benefits
But some things are changing,
As well as our key opening hours Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm, you will now be able to book an appointment outside these hours with your favourite travel designer.
We can arrange your personal travel consultations via the telephone, FaceTime, or Zoom
Should you require a face to face appointment, absolutely no problems, we can arrange to meet you for a coffee at a convenient location and time,
We believe these changes make us more accessible to you our clients than ever before.

For every valid quote challenge we receive we will donate £5 to our monthly local charity, if you then book our challenge beater quote with us within seven days we will double the donation, For every challenge where we can not match the quote, we will donate a total of £10 to the charity .
