Hello,
I am looking for suggestions on selling my beautiful wedding dress. I've already tried eBay and Vinted.  Any suggestions are welcomed.

Hello, have you tried Facebook Marketplace? It's a much more targeted platform, I've often found more success selling things that way. Good luck!

Selling your wedding dress can be a journey, but it can be done with some effort. First, you should start by getting some good photos of the dress. Make sure you capture it in natural light so the details pop. Also, try to get some shots of you wearing it.

Selling a wedding dress can be quite a task, but it’s doable with a little strategy. First, take some beautiful, clear photos of the dress from different angles. People want to see exactly what they're buying. You might also want to include details about the dress, like the designer and size, in your description.

Consider listing it on platforms like eBay, Poshmark, or even local buy-and-sell groups on Facebook. Sometimes, local bridal shops will take dresses on consignment or might know someone looking for a used dress. If you’re still not having any luck, check out websites like https://www.gentlemansguru.com/product- ... g-tuxedos/  for more ideas on where to market it.

I don't want to put you off but charity shops are full of wedding dresses going for £25 and some are very beautiful.  I do Wardrobe for amateur theatre and we try to sell lovely vintage stuff that fits no-one and no takers...........

I’ve been there trying to sell a wedding dress, and it can take a bit of effort to find the right place. It’s not always easy, but I had some luck listing mine at https://www.bride2bride.com/. It’s a site just for brides buying or selling dresses, so you’re more likely to get it in front of the right people. I think it might be worth giving it a shot.

There must be a second hand wedding shop ? See if you can sell to a specialist retailer.
