I have been asked to organise a group (4 couples) present for a family member for their 25th wedding anniversary. We aren't there yet   so not sure of things that would be well received. I know it is a silver anniversary but when I am looking around the suggestions seem to be mainly picture frames or wine bottle stoppers etc. If anyone has received something that they really liked or bought something that hit the spot would you be mind sharing?

Have you looked on Not on the High Street. They usually a lot of good and alternative suggestions for thee occasions.

For recent big birthdays and anniversaries we have clubbed together with others and bought restaurant or theatre/music vouchers.  Not quite the same as an everlasting tangible gift but seems to be appreciated. 

Also membership to something like RHS or galleries/museums, depending on their interests, or Picture House/Odeon cinema annual subscription for reduced ticket prices going forwards.

For younger family members - offered ourselves as child/pet sitters for a weekend.

How about a bespoke perfume making experience at Floris London? Suitable for both genders too.

I bought this as a gift for a family member and they still re-order their very own bespoke perfume 10 years on.
