Hi! We're moving abroad with work for a couple of years and need to let our flat out.  Anyone got any recommendations for an agent near Northcote Road that has managed your property well or effectively? Have lots of friends who've bought/sold but none that have rented/let etc locally so keen to gather some intel. Thanks to anyone able to help!

I have never done this personally but one of my close friends has been abroad for 5 or 6 years and has been with Rampton Baseley throughout with only good things to say x

Another vote for Rampton Baseley. They have been looking after our house for six years. Really professional and very nice people. Thoroughly recommend.

Hi, I would go with Chelwood and Partners- they are a small business compared to the big names but we rent our flat out through them and they have been great. I actually wouldn’t go with Rampton Baseley based on experience!

I can highly recommend Samuel Estates. They have an International Landlord service which caters for landlords who have moved abroad so just up your (overseas) street!

I can highly highly recommend Nick who owns Just Management - www.just-management.co.uk

He is very close to Northcote Rd and does a brilliant job at looking after my 2 bed flat.

He goes above and beyond and has a great team of workmen who he uses who are reliable and affordable.

They have total transparency on pricing and never add on to invoices - very refreshing after dealing with a high agent in the past!
